Say goodbye to bad odours & harsh toilet chemicals and say hello to an environmentally friendly solution for RV and caravan toilets. The SOG toilet system is an innovative and must have product for those living on the road.

Justin from Trip In A Van shows you how to easily install the SOG toilet system and why it has become a product they cannot live without. Trip In A Van have been travelling full time on the road for the last seven years so you can trust they know which caravan products are essential!

The SOG is a ventilation system designed to reduce odours coming from your toilet cassette holding tank. The SOG features a powerful ventilator that sucks clean air into the toilet, through the cassette and out to the SOG charcoal filter. This downflow prevents bad smells escaping from your bathroom into your caravan or outdoor living space.

The great news is that there is a SOG system available for all popular caravan cassette toilets on the market by Dometic and Thetford. Simply choose the toilet model you have and where the SOG vent is located - standard side, roof or floor venting.

Can I ask what you used to space out the fan due to not having an insulated hatch?
I can't tell what you used from the video.

Thanks.

Hi there, not sure if the comments with this are still monitored but I see with this install as the door is very thin a spacer is needed to set back the fan.(its grey and can be seen when the door is open at about 4.08) Can you buy a spacer for thin door installs or did TIAV just make it out of something to suit. Thanks

A quick enquiry, after installing the system it says that you don't need to put any chemicals in the tank after being emptied, is the correct? The pamphlet also says not to use the Chemical toilet paper either? 🙄

This is a money maker...
I am not sure how much they charge for this in your country but paying 200$ for a fan and a hose is a bit ripoff....
This is the way they should have made it from the start...
Like...come on....a small pc fan is like...3-4 $, a piece of wiring and hose is...3-4 $ and 3-4$ a microswitch.
It should not be more than 20 dollars the whole system....thieves.

Thanks for your presentation. Maybe i'll find a china alternative that has the correct price.
