@realjustinziegler I had a rideshare driver crash into me, two years ago. He was on the way to a call, ran a stop sign, totaled my vehicle. The crash report got altered, revised etc. The reporting public service person said on the scene and typed the rideshare driver ran the stop sign, yet as time went on the report was altered to favor the rideshare driver. After doing my own research I found the guy has 10 tickets like the one from the accident he caused with me. Progressive is his insurance. I have back injuries with a paper trail with doctors saying I need surgery. It seems the whole system even lawyers are all working together. I have been without a car for two years and myself and family have suffered through this time with hardships. I did deposition where progressive lawyer treated me like I’m a criminal, and the entire time the guy they are representing has ten stop sign violations. The lawyers I had so far don’t seem to be adequate. What was the insurance people you mentioned we can report insurance companies to about that insurance companies not wanting to pay?
