f(2)=x²+5x-1
=(2)²+5(2)-14
=4+10-14
=14-14
Plus 14 and minus 14 cancel remaining =o

So,
x=2 is the zero of the polynomial

i did with f(1) where i got 1x1 + 5x1 -14=
1+5 - 14 = 6- 14
= 8
and f(2) where i got
2x2 + 5x2 - 14
14-14= 0
my answer therefore, the zeroes are = 0, 8
is this method r8?
