I have to tell you...After I recovered from laughing so hard my stomach hurt, tears streaming down my face and my cheeks (the ones on my face) clinched in a spasm...this g ad to be one of the neatest things I have ever seen a Doctor explain! I do have one question, (I'm female) why does the word fart, talking about farting, and the sound if farts turn a relatively well adjusted 30 something intoo a 12 year old....Please, keep up the great work and keep posting these wonderful videos.

I have a healthy diet but I also eat too fast and swallow air. I’m glad to find that I have good habit and a couple I can change to become more sociable.

Fart is a part of life. You dont fart you die. If fart is inevitable. Fart and enjoy it. Fart if it safe to do. Fart to plants and they will thank you.

I've learned some of this before; certainly understood there's very little gender difference. That empowered me, somehow. I had read that most "did the deed" about 23-24 xs a day; about 1/hour. Hey....maybe it's just me...maybe my wife is right.
