Hi besties ❤ Do you like the side-by-side editing in the beginning? Thoughts?

In today’s world, where people are more into giving a speech on how to be physically alluring, you are teaching us exactly how to be mentally attractive. We are grateful for having you as a mentor💞

Here's my second attractive list:

1. Kindness
2. Sense of humour
3. Empathy
4. Body language (eye contact, genuine smile, occassionally touchy, leaning in a bit when we're interacting)
5. Relatability (this one actually tops the charts)

I never heard of the term reciprocal liking before, until now, even though I've felt it a number of times before. So, thank you, Lana.

Can’t believe I’ve been watching you for almost 3 years! The first video I watched of yours is the one where you explained how you stopped being judgemental. In fact, I’m pretty certain your video began my self-development journey. Thank you for being around. I love you ❤

My advice would be: Don’t feed negative thoughts. Learn from mistakes, but don’t beat yourself up over them. Force yourself to see things you can be grateful for. Don’t focus on what you want people to do for you, focus on what you can do to help others.

Popularity and attractiveness should be a by-product of your efforts, not the end goal!

"Outer beauty turns the head, but inner beauty turns the heart." I also made a video about this ❤

Loved the side-by-side at the start - felt like I was sitting in front of you as you were telling us the story and the imagery helped with that hahaha, but also helps seeing your facial expressions and hand movements etc. rather than just hearing your voice over the B roll

This example of optimism is beautiful. Because this kind of optimism is based on accepting what you can't change. Which si one of the best skills I learned in my 20s.

I struggle with eye contact because I am autistic but I do try to push myself when I can. Positive affective presence is HUGE though, even when I feel super depressed I’m always able to make people laugh and I’ve been told that people felt “energized” or “rejuvenated” by spending time with me. So even if you struggle with part of socializing you can compensate with one of your other strengths!

00:28 😊 Optimism attracts, negativity repels. Positive outlook on life is attractive.
02:13 💑 Reciprocal liking is a concept where knowing someone is attracted to you makes you more likely to like them.
03:40 👁️ Nonverbal cues like eye contact can enhance attraction and connection with others.
04:57 😄 People with a positive "affective presence" who make others feel good tend to have more friends and romantic interests.
06:53 🤝 Being understood and sharing personal experiences can strengthen connections and attraction in relationships.

The side to side editing was pretty cool, Lana! BTW, my dog does that too! 😅. Love the positivity in people also. You become the 5 people you hang around with so I totally understand why you wanted to be friends with this woman. Awesome video, Lana!

As a math teacher, students hate me by association. Extra efforts for them to unhate me is necessary. Your video is my lifesaver. Thanks so much! 🤓🙏

Thank you so much for your videos!
I think I just realized what was missing and what I do wrong when I'm dating, because I am usually such an extroverted, uplifting and energized person, but when I'm around the people I'm interested, I get completely quiet and start being and observer only.
In addition to making it difficult to talk to them and making me less sympathetic, and I definitely wasn't being myself!
