The art of meditation is a very ancient practice first described in India in the vedic scriptures thousands of years ago. Embraced by wandering sages and mystics to transcend the limitations of life and reality, the practice later evolved through buddhism also. Today, scientific research shows numerous benefits of meditation on brain health, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression and more.

Consider deepening your practice of meditation no matter where you are in your life bc it will help you transform your own limitations and tap into a larger, expansive state.

I posted a small clip to a study that came out over the summer showing risks of cardiomyopathy with stimulants. A lot of young people today are seeking these types of meds as a quick fix . and taking such meds without having developed any mindfulness or meditative practices can be detrimental to the health of individuals and society too. Often these quick band aid approaches can lead to more harmful states of existence.
