Thanks Bro'.... the peppermint oil worked... just sprayed the front of my house (it was covered with wasps!) 5 minutes ago and.... there's not a wasp in sight now!

8 yr old video but this is a lifesaver for me here in 2021 as the wasps are by my garden entrance.

I used this years ago and it totally worked. There was a wasp nest between the bricks of the raised garden beds under a dead tree. I use your technique and they were gone within 48 hours. Thanks so much!

Definitely going to try this out. Love the homemade aspect of this too. I grow herbs, and peppermint just became more awesome.

Just tried this for a nest inside the outside electric plug cover. Worked perfectly! Thanks for this advice, I sprayed around all other openings of my house.

I love you & your show, brother. Unfortunately this did not work for me here in the north Dallas, Texas area (City of Plano). Thanks all the same for your time and efforts to help your fellow man.

Thank you sir! Your ideas I will try as I've had a problem with " mud daubers" clogging up my car cooling system! The technician advised red pepper, but I have peppermint oil & will use this instead. Will make traps as well! 🤷❤️🧓✝️

Wasps love Big Red and Orange flavored soda waters, because of the very high sugar content, l think. I'm going to try that. Several years one friend left his can of Big Red open on picnic table for one minute and when he took a drink l saw him spit out the soda like crazy! A wasp was in the spit, thank God he wasn't stung inside his mouth.

For the wasp trap I would use something that won't attract bees-I live an area where there are bee-keepers; northern Idaho. A man on Utube used lunchmeat; he said the bees didn't like the odor, but you know wasps and meat! And it worked real well.

I was going to use peppermint schnapps but decided against it because of the high sugar content. I found my peppermint oil and the mixture of that plus some soap worked. They fell to the ground and I knocked down the nest. Thank you!😊

And just as an added benefit, peppermint essential oil will keep mice out, too.

Thanks so much for this great video! I just discovered a growing nest or two when opening the patio umbrella for the first time this year. I also love natural products over chemicals, so this will be my force of action. I have peppermint extract, will that work too? I hope so!

A spray bottle as shown using a mixture of water, one cup of dishwasher soap, and peppermint oil you can control existing nests and discourage future colonies. Spray the nest a night or early morning.

Even easier and cheaper:
1. 1 Liter plastic container
2. At least 1 banana peel
3. Water
4. Dish soap
First cut a hole near the top of bottle, insert banana peel, add water and dish soap. Hang bottle near a wasp nest for best results. Replenish mixture when water is full of dead wasps/insects. *Does NOT harm honeybees.
