I’ve been such a fan of hers since the late 1980s-early 90s. The second I saw her jump a motorcycle onto a train; I was awestruck. I thought and still think she’s the baddest, ballsyest actress I’ve ever seen. She was incredible in Crazy Rich Asians. She made the women in the audience who has a rocky relationship with their Mil identity with hate in her. Until she admits that she has a horrible relationship with her Mil. I laughed and it changed my relationship with my Mil. I took a step back and realized that she probably had a tough relationship with her Mil too. Of course mine will never admit that to me.
