I call this my SEXY TEA as it makes me feel so damn good. Turmeric, ginger, lemon and honey tea.

Initially i researched this Ayurveda turmeric tea for my mum who was having trouble with her asthma. She was having trouble breathing when she lay down to sleep at night.

I read that this turmeric, ginger, lemon and honey tea is an anti inflammatory and has other huge health benefits too. I decided to try it out and the results have been remarkable.

Initially we stared drinking it hot every morning and didn't notice any real benefits. We continued to drink it daily because it tasted nice. Then after about 10 days my mum noticed that her asthma wasn't so bad and she could breath easier.

We now make it in bulk and drink it cold daily and have been for about 6 months.
My mum's asthma has almost disappeared as well as many other heath benefits. I use it as a hang over cure lol.

Give this turmeric, ginger, lemon and honey tea a try and let me know your thoughts in the comments section below. If you enjoyed this video please like and subscribe to my channel.

Thank you.

I have been drinking lemon, ginger, turmeric, and honey water. I've been drinking it for a few days now. I have lost belly fat, no more bloating. I have more energy. Less food cravings as well.

So, 1/2 a lemon, squeezed with rind
1/2 - 1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
honey to taste after straining. Simmer low, don't boil.

I take this in the morning, but I also consume the pulp that's left behind in the strainer!!!

I've been making something like this but also adding garlic/ onion/ and cinnamon to it. It makes it have more of a soup taste to it, but it still tastes good and you're just adding antiinflamation benefits as well as immune system benefits.

I’ve seen on other videos that if you add a little black pepper, it helps your body absorb the turmeric. What do you think?

Are you not supposed to use a bit of black pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric? I have always read this. I am trying this for the first time and it tastes great! Thank you.

Thought. I keep reading about adding a bit of black pepper with turmeric to assist the body in absorption. I can't help but wonder what a few peppercorns while simmering would do with this recipe...

Looks yummy!!! I´m going to give it a go. A few questions: can you add the honey while simmering it or just when you are pouring it? Once cool for how long can it be kept in the fridge? Also, I read that adding some black pepper is beneficial to "activate " the turmeric and all the goodness. Is it so or is it just personal taste?

Her additional statement to her question opened the door for her question to be shut down. She did actually ask a question. I suppose I can't refer to her as, "she, " so ...ummm...which personal pronoun do I use? Now I'm confused!!

One tip: You must BOIL turmeric (ginger too) for its full medicinal effect.
