I use a 3 gallon pot with about 2 gallons water . 6 lemons, 3 raw turmeric roots, 3 raw ginger roots . Slice lemons maybe grate a couple for the zest . Chop roots . Add Echinacea dried flowers ( found in spice section) in bags or tea bags . Add coarse black pepper. Boiling 15- 20 mins . Cool, strain, chili. Tea it with raw honey. Or turbinado sugar, sprig of fresh mint .🌱 even inhale the steam while its boiling, if ur bored . 😳😎…

I usually boil water and switch off, add grated ginger, grated turmeric fresh when available or powder and add lemon juice and let it sit for 30 mins. I filter, reheat and drink too. This is another process. It’s yum. We add jaggery syrup in India as agave or maple is not commonly available

Can you use ginger powder on replacement of raw?and can you use honey instead of maple syrup?plus can you put garlic and or pepper in this?I'm just starting and just put a dab of tumeric on my eggs this morning do I'm trying to find other options.thanks
