Ingredients :
-1 Cup(150gr) Raw Cashew Nuts
-1/4 Cup(60gr) Tahini
- 1 lemon (squeezed)
- 1 Medium Carrot, peeled
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1/3 Cup(80ml) Water
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Paprika

- 1 Tbsp Agar Agar Powder
- 1 Cup (240 ml) Water

Method :
- Mix all the ingredients, except from the Agar Agar Powder and the 240ml of water and stir them well in a mixer.
- In a pot boil the water and the Agar Agar powder, for a very short time and place it in the mixer with the other ingredients.
- Stir well and place the mixture in a bowl.
- Refrigerate the mixture until is set.
