I just had my first ime after 1 year dealing with broken calcaneus. Now after a year of treatment the docs want to do a fusion. The ime doctor agreed, and the examination was fast . He was real nice, and agreed I need a fusion . They already had all my records once I arrived, all I had to provide was films . Now just waiting for the next step .

I got certified for my 2 rotators cuffs and torn meniscus and C6-c7 fusion. But I’m not ready to do those surgeries do to my high blood pressure and I have a thyroid.
Can I settle for the cost of those surgeries for the future?

I’ve already had L4-L5 fusion and hardware in my left elbow.
I also have a tear in my left hip and they gave me a Cortisone injection but Dr. Said I might need future surgery.
My attorney is horrible all she says is keep going to your appointment but doesn’t answer my questions.
MMI put me at 90%
And I just had MRI to my head= Gliosis to my left side of my head.
I loss my sense of smell and taste.

I fell from a 2 story ladder 🪜 at work.
Any ball park settlement I can be expecting.
