Yes I completely agree that the focus should be on the assets. I took your web design courses and spent a ton of time finding and making the right graphics and photos for my design. I recently saw a design agency website that had one of those big flashing circles that showed where my cursor was on their page. It was so distracting and unnecessary on what was an otherwise nicely designed page. I would love more of these lessons and tips on how to make a better converting landing page!

My main takeaway from the video is that you should be learning about how users actually view landing pages and designing things accordingly.

It's not about doing what's coolest but rather what works in a creative way that really engages them well enough to complete the objective :)
