To all of you (new) programmers feeling depressed after watching this video and those amazing websites. Don't forget that: 1) these were made by teams of front-end devs, backend devs, UX researchers, UI Designers and so on, not just one person. 2) Every expert started out as a rookie. 3) Practice makes perfect. You'll get there one day; keep it up 😃💪

Edit: Wow!! Thanks you all for the love!

I watched this after 12 hours of coding and don't know if I'm feeling inspired or depressed.

I'm a full-stack developer and every time I see a backend developer joking about frontend stuff I am like: "Oh buddy, you know nothing"

It would be great if you were able to give some insight into how these websites did their effects. Maybe link to tutorials on the techniques.

Great format! Would be great to dive into how the sites could be recreated in Webflow (+ maybe looking at some of the JS scripts used) Love the animation of the logo/name on the Amanda site 👏🏻

I've seen a bunch of Flux videos, and this is by far my favorite. Just the design and technical prowess of these specific examples actually made me pause and reflect. It's like looking at an intimidating mountain, but being inspired to climb it anyway. Thanks!

Amanda was my favorite for its simple but engaging presentation. It subtly encourages you to read the content with cool visuals. Great web choices.

Most of these effects are either hidden on mobile or too laggy for the majority of devices. Besides making the client happy and yourself look cool I really don't see a point in these fancy designs. The only exception from these 5 is the bubble that truly blends with he context.

Some amazing designs here! Since most of web traffic is mobile though, it would be great to see and critique the responsive versions of these sites too. Maybe another video idea, thanks for the killer content Ran!

No doubt, the post is incredible and informational also. Every time I read your blog I just stuck with the content of the video. How easily you describe each and every aspect of the topic of the post.

Great inspiration for me.

Thank you very much - nice video and format. I had (almost) thought that web design is starting to be boring, until I came across this video ;-)
