Well there is no specific answer for that. every single project like FPS game TPS or open world or RPG Game have its own requirements. So, use what suits your needs.

Note: Unity cubes were using shadows but it was not use HDRP or URP. It was standard unity pipeline. (Standard 3D Project template)

Unigine is like Unreal Engine 5. It has many advance 3d rendering features. It
has been used in 3d benchmarking demos and tools.
Godot 4 is free and open source game engine for creating 2D and 3D Games.
Unity is still best game engine for creating 2D and 3D Games and it is widely used for mobile games due to support of low end mobile hardware and software. Android and iOS has many titles Like Call of Duty Mobile and Free Fire etc.

Godot Engine is using Jolt Physics in this video. Godot default physics engine is based on bullet physics engine but Jolt is very optimized physics engine written in c++. Jolt Physics Engine can be used as Extension in Godot 4 series. Godot Extension can bring more c# c++ and rust physics engines and can help improve 3d performance. Bepu physics performance is too good in 3D. It's written in C#.

Unity uses Nvidia Physx engine for handling physics for 3D games. Unity in Unity Dots using Havoc Physics Engine.

Unigine game Engine is using Newtonion Physics Engine. Maybe it's New Game Dynamics also know as Newton Physics Engine written in c++. Unigine should use Havoc or Nvidia Physx engine.

Unigine uses a custom physics engine.
P. S. In your test Unigine start scene is not empty. I think it can influence the result.

Number of cubes aren't important-- physics accuracy and reliability is always the bench. Unigine eats them all alive in this regard.

😂 If you look at it carefully Unigine simulation has more cubes that is moving than unity. Nice try Unity fan boy.
