When I ran out of organic turmeric rhizome tincture - 200 mg/ ml prep  after three days had to go back to taking Ibuprophen and Aleve.... Vitamin shop ordered for me, and again after using three times a day,   once before sleep at night, my arthritic pains again gone from swollen knuckles, and in my back.  Great video, may the research continue

I believe in tumeric, aloe vera, lemon and use for consuming and skin care. As i m in asia, i get plenty of them and they do excellent job.

Hello, great video. You have mentioned combining piperine (from black pepper) with turmeric to increase absorption by 2000%. My question what is the ratio of grounded black pepper to turmeric powder? I have also heard that olive oil can be used to increase absorption, is it true? If yes, what is the ratio of olive oil to turmeric? If both piperine and olive oil increase absorption of turmeric, can I use both to increase absorption of turmeric "exponentially"?

Would like to know the recommended dosage to achieve effect. I take 2 caps / day with little to no noticeable benefit....probably need to at least double my dose.

great video. can taking these supplements that have such high concentrations of curcumin compromise the immune system, making the body less likely to fight off infections?

I bought this product which contains 315mg of curcuma extract in one capsule from which 300mg are curcuminoide and it contains 200mg of curcuma powder and 10mg of piperine. It says just to take one a day. Now I live in Germany and they are very carfeful with their recomandations, so do you think I could take more than 1?

I couldn't believe it. I've had knee pain from old injuries as i get older. I started taking curcumin and it has noticeably and significantly improved.
