It doesn't matter that you can download at 1gbps on your phone
Because it can't write information that fast so it will be capped at 10-50mbps depending on your device

I'm already using 5G and my life has already been changed. I'm on the T-Mobile network and the 5G in my area offers almost 200MB down and 25MB up. My concern is the amount of data I am consuming. I started using over 60GB a month now 😩.. I get slowed down to 4G speeds after 50GB so what's the point of 5G if I can't truly have unlimited data.

4G is fast, 5G is faster but not neccesary at all. More disadvantages than advantages.
