Most influencers don't give realistic examples of how to eat their diet but you always give us ways to shop at name brand stores and stay animal based. Keep up the Great Work Paul !

Best type of video. Need to do it at every different grocery chain in North America.

Paul you are a forever optimist! walked out of Sams with 5 items! It is astounding how little of what we call food is minimally processed, unaltered and good for us. Please continue spreading your message - people need to know this!

These are my FAVORITE videos you do. I literally learn or RE learn something every time and I so enjoy how you will sometimes refresh memory on certain foods, along with picking out foods you’ve not talked about before. Cool vid. 🤘🏼

I know you dont typically respond directly but i know you see some of these, you helped me and my family, idk how long ive been watching but you're truly inspiring, im sorry for the run on sentence as im not grammatically accurate but i needed to let you know what a benifit you are to me and my family, we have been afraid to eat like this for a long time because we were told how "bad" it was for your health and omg was that wrong, ive always been in okay shape but this has truly saved me, i was trying my hardest trying to eat properly and i felt like shit consistently all day, i only eat animal based now and man do i finally have energy and sustainability and my family is rught there with me, makes me feel good about not only me but also my family, thank you

Not that anyone will ever read this comment but I appreciate the work Paul does and I think he has a very logical approach to how to eat. I don't agree with everything he says (like vegetables are bad and to avoid them at all cost/oatmeal is bad/etc) but he recommends eating the way I have instinctually eaten my whole adult life. Very basic single ingredient foods that are mostly animal based seems to be the way we evolved to eat and a modern diet is a complete abomination of the way humans should eat.

Another great video, bossman.
I wanted to mention, after your comments on sourdough, that my wife makes ours using einkorn, an ancient flour grain, which is gluten-free. It’s the cleanest flour, and the most bioavailable. It provides an amazing bread. We can even do animal-based pancakes, with fruit and honey. You should give it a shot.

Keep up the good work, and thank you for leading the charge!

It's crazy cause I always do the same thing on CostCo and I think the same, doesn't pay to get cheap food in the long run. And it's good cause I know that I not he only "crazy" people that read all the labels and try to make it logic as a hunter and gathering descendent. I tried full carnivore and get muscle cramps, now with the animal based it's way better. I just restricted my fruit consuming for weekends cause I cannot be so active during the weekdays. Thank you Paul Saladino, your book and videos makes me come back to the real food!

I am so appreciative of the work Dr. Paul Saladino does. He's a wealth of knowledge and I regard his words very highly. I've been doing the carnivore diet for over 9 months and absolutely love it but I am always mindful of Dr. Saladino's issues that he ran into and I'm wondering if I will ever experience the electrolyte problems that he had to deal with.

so many people would love Paul to put a podcast together or even small reals to give us an idea how and what to give kids 2 to 3 year olds onwards from breakfast main meals and snacks

As always an eye-opener after I've caught myself getting off-track. Thank you!

Paul, you should totally get into the business of frozen fruit!

I can't find organic frozen papaya anywhere, and managing a supply/ ripening chain for them is labor intensive. Get some organic Costa Rican papaya farmers together, ripen and freeze them, and sell them to me for a big mark up!!!

PS you're great, I've been following you and eating animal based very close to how you eat for close to two years. I started pure carnivore and eventually hit electrolyte issues like you, and your pivot to fruit eating helped me figure out my current diet. Thanks for what you do!!
