What is heart rate variability and how can you use it to create impactful wellness services?

Heart rate variability or HRV is the physiological phenomenon of the variation in the time interval between consecutive heartbeats in milliseconds. We can use HRV as a window into the underlying physiological processes. Firstbeat has developed ways of utilizing HRV and turning it into valuable and understandable feedback that helps people to perform at their best, helps coaches to make better training and coaching decisions, and improves well-being and health.

Hi. I am a "civilian" so I have no training in this but looking at my Fitbit bracelet ECG results I see some small differences between the distances of the R waves. The differences are about 1/4 of a square, sometimes 1/2 of a square. I also see on the internet that atrial fibrillation is also a kinda same aspect. True, is more erratic. My regular Holters with 12 leads and with 5 leads result in a good regular rhythm with only a few ectopic beats at 24h. My question is: For my eyes, a bigger HRV starts to look like an afib on an ECG with only lead 1, like in the Fitbit watch. Is a bigger HRV a predictor for afib in the long run? I have no High BP, no coronary disease, diabetes, or other risks. My health was checked every year with many tests and I am Ok. I just ask like for a future health prediction.
