TenX is technically a Virtual Financial Asset, since it has utility, but it is exchangable on exchanges.

I understand why PAY needs to be utility token for the time-being, but I assume that TenX will also add value to the PAY token in the future by making it a Security & Equity token once the regulatory framework is more clear.
