Working in architecture and listing to all the "they installed this wrong", "this is the wrong color", "this is the wrong thing" just makes me feel right at home. There is so much going on, so many people and so many specs, details and info to get right there is always a multitude of errors on the building front.

Edit: not saying right at home to say it is a good thing or that I like it. I am saying that it is very familiar sounding and extremely common in construction.

Jake is exactly the kind of employee I would want working for me if I owned a company. A competent, intelligent, independent guy who you can give just about any job to and he will get it done how you want it without you having to micro manage him. Kudos both to Jake for doing the work and to Linus for seeing his value and putting it to use.
