I worked retail for 40+ years and at one job we BEGGED the manager to wait until after Thanksgiving to switch the music to Christmas music and surprisingly he waited. I have a company that cleans Airbnb homes. Don't clutter it just cause s dust problems. Look for unique quality products that are required for a comfortable stay.
If you are next to a river, provide canoes and river toys, out door cricket sets, badminton set to keep a family busy with laughter and fun. Decent tv with movie selection and a popcorn machine etc.
