I love shrimp, however I don't cook it because my hubby won't eat it.
I made Italian sausage alfredo last night and my husband loved it.

I always say this on every Pasquale video, he is the best Italian chef on you tube & this recipe is perfection & there are several excellent Italian chefs on you tube both male & female. This is one of my very fave dishes & I'd say in my top 5. A tip for folks/viewers I learned from an Italian chef many yrs ago( yes I'm somewhat old, lol), when buying/using crustaceans the larger they are, the more flavor in them. ie: 8-12 shrimp will have much more flavor than 21-26( the numbers are how many shrimp there are per pound) I've experimented & it is true, whether shrimp, lobster, crab, crawfish, etc... of course the downside is that you will pay more per pound as the larger they are, but worth every penny. Hello, I tried this recipe tonight. I can’t believe. How simplex and good it was. I will say I messed up using mozzarella lol but it was all I had. Flavors was pleasantly good even with the mess up. Only take away was that mozzarella doesn’t melt like the other cheese 😊 outside of that, this is a winner!!!!

I made this sauce tonight. It was amazing. The changes I made were I used rigatoni and added mushrooms, spinach and toasted pinenuts. I needed to use up those vegetables, and it tuned out great with the shrimp.😊😋

I love this guy. I've been watching Vincenzo's Plate. He's obsessed with authenticity, which is fine. But I like your videos and recipes much better, and they're plenty authentic. Every recipe of yours I've tried I and my wife love. I can't wait to try this one.
