T.J. bro, thanks for the video. What does having learnt HTML / CSS look like? Would you say it’s maybe being able to build a basic static form, web app or a static website without any help or?IWhen can one say, they’re ready to move on to an actual language, JavaScript /Python/Java etc?

Great explanation, personally I did some LUA making scripts for games using mostly already made functions. I'm now learning HTML, CSS and JS instead to lay a foundation. What do you recommend to learn after that if you want to land a decent job within six months?
