Black tea is a popular beverage that is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Yunnan Province in China is said to be the birthplace of tea and home to the world's oldest cultivated tea tree.
What's more, it is rich in antioxidants and has been associated with numerous health benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease, improving gut health, and boosting cognitive function. Drinking black tea has also been shown to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer (kali chai peene se kya hota hai).
As with taking a daily multivitamin, black tea, when consumed regularly, provides the body with useful nutrients and minerals that keep it healthy and reduce the risk of disease. However, like most things, black tea has its downsides. Some of the side effects of drinking too much black tea include headaches, heart palpitations, anxiety, and insomnia (kali chai peene ke nuksan).
It is also pertinent to note that black tea contains caffeine, which can cause jitters and disrupt sleep patterns in some individuals. As with any food or drink, moderation is key when it comes to black tea consumption (kali chai ke fayde aur nuksan).
