Just ad water in the pan or pot you want to clean ad salt ad baking soda, and ad detergent powder boil it and you don't even need to rub it after cleaning

Also insted of ruining a sponge use the net plastic bag that sometimes the markets use to bag citrus or potatoes in U.S works better than anything else
