This story doesn't make any sense. So Gregory took the dog out for a walk, dog gets hit by a car and dies and he brings him back and buries him in the garden. Then somehow he says Op just magically showed up at their home and killed him? Took him away and buried him somewhere? And everyone is just shunning her without talking about anything? What an effed up family.
It seems that Earl knows his family is strange. I would cut them off, or at the very least make Gregory publicly apologize to Op and tell them all that his negligence when he was walking the dog ALONE caused the dog to get hit by a car.
