Egypt and North Korea go way back. Back in 1973 North Korea sent a squadron of fighters and their pilots to protect Egypt's south during the war.
After that we kept developing Scud-B and Scud-C missiles together, it isn't an unlikely friendship.
Egyptian firm Orascom was the first and only 3G mobile network in North Korea too.
