In Windows 10 by default, only the Recycle Bin icon are shown on the Windows 10 desktop, If you want to add more common and frequently used icons like. This PC, Control Panel, Network, Users folder, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Video to the desktop, you can in Desktop Icon Settings.

my problem is the opposite, I go to settings and only recycle bin is selected but there are others on my desktop like control panel, homegroup, network, this pc and libraries and I can't remove them.
