I doubt they will kill off Jones but I do have to say there are a lot of hints that it might happen as they have been moving away from the previous storyline from Donald Mustard, and into a new storyline with Hope as the main character, so far Jones has been the only one connecting the previous storyline with the one in Chapter 5 so for that reason I think he will stay but if they do choose to kill him off it better be animated in a live event not some loading screen or it happens off screen.

I think it would make sense if jones died this season and doom wins, but next season hope travels back in time to chapter 2 og to prevent the future from happening ( ch 5 s4)

Ive got a theorie based on a different video of aids
So basically, aid says in another video that doom needed to craft better armour so he could open pandora's box and in the greek myth of pandora the last thing that came out of pandoras box was hope wich is a relation to hopein fortnite.
