32 people died. One child, Dayana, they got her little body out from under the water after 5 weeks. A musician working on board, Giuseppe Girolamo, gave up his place on the life boat to a child. He later died on the ship. They found his body only two months afterwards. Please have respect for the victims and their families while commenting.

The thing I love most about Casey's work is that he isn't just talking, he's DOING..

Me: I want to go over there but cost money and I have to work.
Casey: I want to go over there (takes a plane the very next hour)

12 people died in multiple elevators think of how terrifying that would have been
The power going out and then slowly leaning to one side as it filled up with water
Le that sink in..

I'm from Italy and I regret not having done the same thing as you. It had to be seen, at least by people who get fascinated by this kind of events. It has been 6 years already since January 13 of 2012. The Concordia has recently been fully dismantled and most of its components have been recovered, recycled and sold. The uprighting operation costed $500M compared to the $570M the ship production costed originally. A huge disaster that could have been totally avoidable had there been more qualified and better educated crew on board. Please just don't discredit Italy or Italian Cruise Lines because of this isolated event. We have a deep and renowned Naval knowledge and expertise. The cruise company, Costa Crociere, is not blamable either, Francesco Schettino and the rest of the crew are.
RIP to all the victims.

I live on that island, its my little piece of heart, two days after the accident i immediately got there, me and my family gave shelter to 3/4 survivors, i don’t remember their nationality, but i think they got us in their heart, it was too cold outside to survive without a shelter

People complain that casey can only do these impulsive things because he's well off, but what they fail to realize is that it's that exact attitude and motivation that got him to where he is today..

I have no clue how I haven't found this guys videos before. Literally mind blown at every single video. I only found this channel like 30 minutes ago but I am obsessed and probably won't stop watching until I've seen every video 4 times each. So yeah, cool vids.
