The blade means they cut their self
The hoodie means they are afraid to show there body, don’t want to show their cuts, think they are fat, ect
And the gum means they’re on/or used to do the gum and water diet (the only food they are eating/was eating is gum and the only drink is water)

I remember when my best friend used to do wrist checks. I hated them but now I miss them. She rlly did use to care abt me and now I can be with her and say a few words but she won't check if I'm okay. I feel like such a burden I have to ask her if I can sit with her at lunch.
