I’ve learned more from you in 8 minutes, than the last 25 years from my cardiologist and GP! They only prescribe meds, not a word about supplements or lifestyle changes. Thank you again for your clear and concise recomendations.

I had slightly elevated cholesterol at 49 and was immediately offered a statin in 6months if I could not reduce it with non fried foods and meat is ALL I was told and suggested....I eat really well, am healthy living apart from autoimmune issues....fibro and bad have had severe depression over the years and tho I am ok now many years I have a tendency toward me and my boyfriend were fostering a baby....and tho happy my stress was hi....there was NO MENTION of this stress component when the demand was made for me to overhaul my diet in 6 months. I rarely had fried really good fresh fish which I cut out becuause I felt I had wonder now was it stress put my cholesterol up. My body must have known as I was working part time and had money so I spent a fortune on an excellent counsellor there b4 Christmas for 3months did help

How much I understand regular cholesterol tests are nearly worthless as they do not show how much of oxidized cholesterol person has. So called good and bad cholesterol can be both good or bad. Oxidized LDL Panel Blood Test is the good one.
