How to install and configure Zimbra mail server

I'm configured zimbra as you described. but unable to open in my network. what I missing plz tell me. and also how to take backup of Zimbra Users and it's data and restore it. bcoz I have installed in my organization previous version of Zimbra and want to install new one. so there is a problem how can I take zimbra old version users and user's data and restore it my new one. it's really helped me.thanks
