Why do you move the Office 2019 folder to the root path instead of just running it from your /Downloads/Office 2019 location?

If I want to deploy into windows 10 touch zero, what quietly command I would use when starting to add it into new application using MDT. I would like to know the command I used (setup.exe configure configuration.xml) exactly like the one you have it on your tutorial it didn't installed.
