Something Is Wrong with the Universe! James Webb Telescope and the Galaxies before the Big Bang?

There is something wrong with the universe - and nobody really knows what it means at the moment. The James Webb telescope has certainly discovered galaxies that theoretically existed before the Big Bang. This calls into question the Big Bang theory and our entire cosmology to date. Science is faced with a seemingly unsolvable problem, although researchers such as the Swiss Fritz Zwicky already knew of alternative explanations for our universe 100 years ago and it is precisely these that are now becoming topical again!

maybe theres something wrong with our theory's, not the universe lol

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the universe!!
It is our theories that are wrong!!!

One of my college physics instructors -- an astronomer -- told us that if astronomers and cosmologists calculated something to within two orders of magnitude, they were doing well.

In my mind the easiest explanations are to say the universe is either way older that we thought or it has just always been there and doesn’t really have a start time.

It is interesting that Fritz Zwicky's theories, once forgotten, are now at the centre of controversy. If light does indeed 'tire out' over time, this could explain many of the things we see, and calculating distances based on the speed of light could be a mistake.

Textbooks I read as a kid 60 years ago; talked about the “steady state” universe. It made sense to me that an infinite Universe would likewise be practically speaking “ageless” thus comparing anything to the “age of the Universe” would be meaningless. Does anyone talk about that any longer?

I still wonder how it is possible to maintain such a complicated (and partly illogical) theory as the big bang theory?
If we look at nature and observe practically all evolutionary processes, we get completely different ideas about the origin and formation of our universe...
Presumably it is a matter of a permanent renewal and perfection of the universe,
the physical and quantum mechanical processes are passed on from one universe generation to the next.
I think that is easy and logical to understand, we don´t need complicated and abstract thought models such as the big bang, everything is much simpler... 🙇

Bye bye big bang, dark matter, dark energy, and space expansion, and good riddance,

I assure you, nothing is wrong with the universe. It is the interpretation of data, along with faulty theories where the problem lies.

What if all the current theories are wrong?

What if the big bang never happened, and the universe is instead, infinite?

What if the CMB isn't proof of expansion, but instead merely static caused by the interference of light and gravity from the distant universe?

What if dark matter is the effect of gravity in the entire observable universe, and dark energy is caused by the gravity of the unobservable universe?

What if the redshift of distant light isn't caused by expansion, but rather caused by the interplay of infinite distant gravity behind it, and infinite distant gravity behind us?

What if the fact that there is a cosmic event horizon we can't see past is caused by the same interference I postulated caused the CMB?

Wah! Something is wrong with my jigsaw puzzle, because I can't solve it using my incorrect theories.

I remember when you would get cussed out and shamed if you even dared remind people that the Big Bang was a theory.

When we build better telescopes that can look even deeper, we'll see objects older then the 13.8 billion year benchmark.

as I've always said, each galaxy is a universe in it's own right.

The Universe according to NASA is 13 + billion years, the Mahabaratha of India 330 trillion which is much better than NASA, my idea is the Universe has no begining and has no end, and metter cannot be created nor detroyed, it just change form as time goes by forever!.

The simplest and most obvious explanation is that the universe is older than we thought, we are too fixated on the idea that it is 13.8 billion years old. Fairly obviously it is at least 15 billion years old, so the age needs to be re-calculated. The error may turn out to be fairly small.

No doubt there are some unrealized factors that distort how we observe the universe from our point of perspective

If there's truly such a thing as tired light it means that the speed of light is slowing down. It is like a marathon runner who gets tired of running and slows down his pace and covers shorter distances over longer stretches of time. This will mean that the universe is younger and not older than expected since the first distances were covered in a shorter time. This would also suggest a smaller universe.

If the universe has cooled down to form matter it suggests that it has also slowed down since molecules move at a slower rate when they are cold than when they are hot. This confirms the idea that time or light slows down the more it expands in the cold ethers of space.

As for the so called galaxies that are supposed to be older than the big bang or start of the universe are just galaxies that moved in the opposite direction from our galaxy and are therefore half as old as they are calculated to be. It is people calculating the diameter rather than the radius of the circle or sphere. This suggests using different calculations like working with calculations relevant for a sphere rather than calculations relevant for that of a funnel.
