You play as Pinocchio, on a mission to find your creator, Geppetto and save a city that’s fallen into chaos. Lies of P is a souls-like game with insane boss fights, detailed weapon customisation and 3 completely different endings.

You’ll make decisions to lie or tell the truth during quests and that directly affects your humanity level. Lying makes you more human, getting you closer to Pinocchio’s dream of being a real boy. But telling the truth keeps you as a puppet which gives you the massive benefit of upgrading your body and adding more powerful weapons!

Fun fact, the more you lie, the more your character grunts and makes noise while attacking or getting hit. This is because he's becoming more human.

Telling the truth has literally no positive effects, lying enough can get you a secret weapon and is overall the best choice in most if not all cases

Like so much false info here you don't have to lie or tell truth for any upgrades besides the secret weapon for lying which is an alright weapon... and telling the truth only get you different lore
