Flowing with Fluidity and Humility: Yoga Flow for Integrative Healing
Our Echo Yoga

In this video, Echo Giesel Widmer addresses the ways with which we move with fluidity through the rainy storms life brings us. Todays integrative flow gives us the opportunity to bring our body to the earth to be humbled as we move through emotion, humility, and reactions.

Remember to breathe and move at a pace that works for you. In this way, we can be the medicine we need for ourselves in our inner yoga and outer yoga, and bring ourselves the form of integrative healing that we need to reach our highest self and best possible potential.

These trainings, retreats and workshops are a journey designed to create space for integrated healing, where integrative mental health work can help us to look inwards and lead us on a path towards holistic living in honor of our highest self.

Welcome to a space of exploration, healing, and self-discovery. Our Echo Yoga is a channel for those who seek not just to practice yoga, but to deepen their connection to body, mind, and spirit. Here, you’ll find guidance in yoga, meditation, sound, movement, and holistic health practices that honor the full spectrum of your journey. These offerings are crafted to meet you where you are, whether you're beginning your path or looking to expand it. This is integrative yoga at its finest, combining mental health awareness, depth psychology, shadow work, embodiment practices, breathwork, and traditional yogic asanas.

I really love all of the discussion about overextending. I definitely do that a lot in my practice, thinking it will further me and make me a better yogi. What you said got me thinking about how I treat myself off of the mat. I often overextend myself and don’t give myself enough time to rest. This is something I will definitely be working on. Thank you echo, as always, Namaste ❤️

The over extending & aging body! I feel seen. Thank you for saying it out loud. I needed to hear that outside of my head. ♥️🙏 #renurture

I loved how you invited us to consider the correlation between boundaries in our bodies on our mats and in our lives. Yet another crossover between yoga on the mat and yoga off the mat. I know cutting your hair was a big deal to you. It looks amazingly healthy and vibrant ... your outer a reflection of the inner? . a letting go of sorts for you? Many blessings to you dear one, your wisdom and authenticity is so appreciated.

Ohhhh wow. 🤍🤍 I never thought I’d find a yoga teacher whose routines just align with everything I need to heal. I’m so so grateful for these wholistic yoga videos that are rooted in love and gentleness, and incorporate things like tai chi. Please keep making these, they are so so special and unlike any other. I could feel my body sigh it all out when you said to be kind to ourselves and our boundaries. Thank you, & sending love your way!

I really appreciate not only the yoga practice but all the wisdom you share about emotions and Energy dear SiStar Echo. Thank You so much! 🧘‍♀️
This one in particular as you are imagining black smoke it triggered when I almost died in a fire and inhaled so much black smoke I almost passed out. I’m learning to welcome the memories as they come up, then I release and transmute them. Happy Healing Full Moon Holi Blessings to all You beautiful Souls.

Thank you Echo darling, for softening my morning, as i am typing to you from my temporary home(well, aren’t they all…) in Barbera del Valles, near Barcelona. In 1hr i’ll be teaching a 3hr zoom class, so next tea, meditation and get ready to perform.

Yes yes yes! The movement within the asanas is so good. The moving through the water feeling with focus on breath is so yummy. 🙏

Thank you so much for this practice, I find the analogy of overstretching body and over stretching boundaries interesting. I started my Yoga journey 25 years ago and can really identify with this. Thank you for another beautiful whole practice ❤
