I didnt know skin got better with age, I mean no awards or reviews needed to prove the efficacy of your products just look how wonderful your bare skin looks AFTER LT came into existence . Also you seem like a gorgeous person with a strong but wonderful heart so the beauty was only going to grow with time. I mean sorry if i seem sycophantic or over the top but my prayer for you is may you feel encouraged, grounded and assured of your greatness always .

I just saw the add promotion on YouTube and you are just doing awesome work 👏👏👏👏… I have never heard of funding for women ventures and above all that mentoring - kudos gals. I am from India and an attorney practicing immigration law and believe it or not I have seen enough discrimination in this legal field in this country and even today. In fact most immigrant attorneys (not talking about first generation Americans) hardly make it in big firms - like fragomen, BAL, Foster etc. please visit their websites and see the top management for yourself. Even the American immigration lawyers association - AILA or even bar associations do not do proper mentorship for immigrant Attorneys. We only see the same old natives at the top! I am really hurt and do want to name these firms and associations because of the way they treat immigrant attorneys. Even if we ask for mentorship people don’t care to guide us properly. The natives help the first generation Americans but not immigrant attorneys. I have seen poor work done by some American attorney but no one questions that but when an immigrant attorney does it they blow it out of proposition or laugh at it… seriously is this how fellow attorneys treat immigrant attorneys! A reality which I really want to expose. Also another reason why most Indian immigrant attorneys start their own firms.

This is one of the reason i started my own business. It’s been a hard game but at least I am glad I started it!

Also I am not writing this to seek sympathy but a reality that needs to be exposed! Also not all immigrant attorneys do great work but we at least need a platform for mentorship and guidance! That’s all I am asking!

We need more Indian Americans doing this!!! Mentor gals - it’s important for your community to uplift!!!
