Nike FINALLY let us into their football boot factory

Inside Nike's football boot factory in Montebelluna in Italy, which is where they normally build the boots for the best players in the World - and in today's video, we will follow the creation of the new Nike Tiempo Legend 9 MI made especially for Sandro Tonali. The boot takes inspiration from Andrea Pirlo's Tiempo Legend 1 from 2006 which he wore when he won the World Cup, and is built by some of the finest craftsmen in the World. In case you forgot the boots you buy vs the ones the pros get aren't the same.

But I can't imagine how nice that is to get those custom boots. My left foot is a half size bigger for example. Would be sick to get custom tiempos like that.

Go to Bangladesh, Taiwan, Indonesia where most of Nike's sweat shops are. Ask them to open them for you and show you around. Most of the shoes are not made in Europe.

The Mercs fit me like a custom boot anyways so I don‘t need that. The Gts leave a bit of dead space in the midfoot and gave me blister issues for a long time so it would either be them or the Tiempo‘s which I love but they are just too wide for me and make me feel a bit insecure when doing quick turns of direction.
