It is actually very simple
The first yellow stick is 16% smaller than the 2nd stick and inversely the 2nd stick is crisscrossing the first stick at 12.47 °
So when u pull out the first stick it goes around the earth two times and hence does not bisect the apple and then the 2nd stick also rotates and comes out
Now this makes perfect sense
