Top 5 things you should know before buying CarX Drift Racing Online. I've played CarX with keyboard, controller and different steering wheels over the past couple of years. CarX started out as a mobile game and now supports PC and console players as well. In addition we have mods to spice up the came, modded tracks, night mode etc. No Assist drifting in CarX is one of the most difficult challenges, but can be done. Controller is by far the best option for drifting in CarX as you can smoothly control your drift lines. I use Thrustmaster T300RS GT steering wheel with a Sparco handbrake and TH8A Shifter.

Funny how this game started off as a mobile game now its on every platform and has just exploded in popularity in the last few years good to see a talented team get the recognition they deserve CarX is a game for a wide audience while also keeping in mind its primary market...us car nerds.

Others can see the mods you are using, you just have to enable it when selecting a server. And most of the updates for car x online are added to car x drift racing 2 first. So in the future we can expect a r34 4 door, a pontiac solstice, and engine swaps, though currently there's only 3 options

Carx 2 is technically ahead of all carx games atm because it gets more frequent updates and has more maps 😀

Plus they recently added ps4/xbox controller support

And also engine swaps are also possible on vanilla game

after hours of practice i can tandem with the logitech g920, pretty impressive but it’s a lot more difficult when you have a bone stock car no tune, it makes it almost impossible to even get sideways

Driving with pedals and wheel setup with no assist is much more rewarding though, it's a learning experience but anyone can learn.

I use no assists with a controller and I enjoy it a lot. Granted, I have thumbstick extensions which makes it smoother and easier. I’ve been playing this way ever since the game released for Xbox and it literally replaced Forza for me. I’m also competitive with assist users too. You guys should try it if you’re into realism.

In Carx 2 there is engine swaps but you need blueprints by drift boxes
