My neighbor's indoor cat got out by mistake and hid around my yard. She refused to be coaxed out by her owner for over a month. They get so scared they don't know what to do. Now Lily is safely home and back to her old self, showing no interest in attempting another escape. .

That is an awesome ending to what was originally a sad story.🥳🎉😺🥰. It’s awesome that the cat was able to survive for that many years too. I can only imagine what was going through the ladies mind thinking that she was never gonna see her cat agwin but then sees that the cat is found 11 yrs later and reunited with its owner. It’s a great thing to have your cat or kitten microchipped because of situations like this one. God bless this lady and her cat and I pray they do have a couple pr years together to make up for lost times. Thank you Abram for bringing this story to attention. My 6 year old cat went missing back in 2007, after 36 hours I made flyers and went all around the area.

Luckily in the 4th day a neighbor 6 houses down called me. My cat was in their car parked in their garage.
They had left a window down and my cat was just sleeping in the car.
But they still don’t know when he actually got into the garage.

Thankfully he never did that again, and lived a happy life with me until his death in November 2023 at age 22.
