@HakerzTM Yes the mp3 is one of most used files but thats because of the size, you would eat all your memory from your Ipod if you used WAV,
also in your video you used mp3 right?
theres a noisy sound on the background which is in all the MP3 files
that happens because its compressed audio.

I removed the sound and saved but it was saved as an .aup and that format is can't be used by sony vegas

I have yet to see a 20MB+ song file.

WAV is the way to go.

@GenericSlick i had the same problem you need to hit the yellow stop button in audacity to do any effects after clicking an area

you do know that the MP3 format is the worst audio format ever right?
it compresses the audio alot use WAV instead which is way way better it gives more quality

obviously this doesnt work? because this video is filled with terrible fuckin background noise noise. Also I wanted a sony vegas tutorial, and yes i did spend the 600 bucks on it
