Asian Bang Beef
This is a really simple recipe that will blow your mind because it is so dang good. I used one pound of beef bottom round sliced in 1/4 inch thick slices, but you can use any cut of beef that is cut against the grain. Seasoned good with our beef rub and then chop up one red bell pepper and one medium onion. Heat up 2/3 cup of cooking in a wok or frying pan. Add 1/2 cup cornstarch or potato starch to the beef and coat all sides. Toss 8-10 pieces at a time in the hot oil until they are cooked to your desired doneness. Remove all oil but about two tablespoons and sauté the onions, red bell peppers and garlic in the pan for a couple of minutes. Add one cup of Asian Bang Sauce and allow the sauce to heat up before adding to beef back in. Make sure everything is coated well with the sauce before pouring over a bed of jasmine rice. Add chopped green onions to the top and time to dig in.
