So glad to hear someone talking about this - I hear them in chromatic runs but I don't expect to play them as such. A great many good singers stretch and bend, and the slides capture an infinity of micronotes, at least in the analogue world.

Why are some of these comments so rude? Jacob is literally one of the most talented musicians I’ve ever heard of. I’m going to see him in concert this May and I cannot wait, I’ve been wanting to experience his music in person for years.
