From 24/7 to 11 PM - see how new regulations are changing the landscape for stores on Kensington avenue. Join me as I explore the dramatic shifts happening in Kensington.

Riding through Kensington, I notice how new city rules are forcing the stores to early. Watch as I talk with a local store clerk about $500 fines, mandatory 11 PM closings, and how these changes are affecting their livelihoods.

In this eye-opening ride, we also see how the streets themselves are changing, with notably fewer crowds than in previous years. I share my observations about the area's transformation and compare it to other urban locations like Skid Row in Los Angeles.

Shot in crisp 4K on the Osmo Action 5 pro, this video gives you an unfiltered look at how regulations are reshaping the local business landscape. Whether you're interested in urban development, local business impacts, or just want to see honest street-level footage, this ride-along shows you the real story.

So basically they closed the only places these people had to warm up at night, (even if it was just for a few minutes) in the middle winter. Wtf is going on with our society!?!

Nothing is worse than ‘Skid Row’ in LA. That area has existed since the 1950’s, and only gets worse every year. Kensington pales in comparison.
