How should you act when on the phone with a shipper?

Well, you can start by NOT asking stupid questions…or rather, questions that you can easily obtain the answer to yourself.
Asking these types of questions is simply not going to be a good use of the shipper’s time, and even worse, it’s not going to paint you and your brokerage in a good light.
