Just look at his skin, his skin looks amazing compared to older videos of him. He is visibly healthier.

Dr. Peterson did a huge service to the world by making this way of eating popular. I don't know how aware he is of that.

I am carnivore full time, one meal a day, age 68 and female, and have been told I am in my 50’s! The best I have felt even since doing keto 7 years, my gut biome is perfect and energy levels brilliant. Beef is my favoured meat, too, and eggs. Praise God for guiding me every day to what is best for me.

Thank you Jordan, you are the reason I was able to begin the carnivore diet 3 years ago. You lifted me out of the most crippling, darkest time and now life is beyond incredibly beautiful.

Carnivore diet is the only thing that helped my gut problems, solved my life-long anemia and lots of other issues. I literally thank God every day that I found information on this diet.

Crazy part is at 2:25 he says not everyone can afford steak but I’ve been saving money on groceries as a single man since changing to carnivore

I found maintaining the diet to be much easier than dealing with friends and family who think you've gone off the deep end for eating such a restrictive diet (but of course don't say anything to a diet of soda and snack cakes)

I started carnivore October 24, 2022. On October 29, 2022 I woke up for the first time in 15 years with no pain at all. By November 5, the brain fog lifted (again, 15 years). I can’t imagine choosing to go back to being in a fog and in pain every day just to taste something sweet.

I thought I couldn’t do lion breastfeeding my son. He had horrible reflux and diarrhea while only eating beef. 10 months later I realized it wasn’t beef he reacted to, or lamb or chicken or pork, it was CORN! I’m eating 100% grassfed/finished and water washed and he has zero reaction. So, if someone claims meat allergies I would argue it’s actually what the animal is eating that may cause issues

At 1:13 I remember years ago reading the book that Suzanne Somers wrote in the early 90's on losing weight on low carb and she said not to follow the food pyramid because you will end up looking like the pyramid. She said to flip the pyramid upside down and follow it that way. I lost 30 lbs after following her plan. She gave great guidance and recipes. No one took her seriously and she gets no credit on promoting the low carb lifestyle. She was my first "teacher" on how to lose weight, not be hungry and feel great!

I've always eaten mostly meat and at 62 I could keep up with anyone I was working with no matter their age. I was diagnosed with cancer right before I turned 63 and changed my diet going by what they told me and I've been miserable every since. I blamed it on the cancer, radiation and chemo. Fighting depression like crazy, not because of the cancer but because of the way my health was going to hell! It hit me the other day that I just felt better eating like I was before and have went back to it and within just a week, I've noticed a huge difference especially in my mental state and I just feel better all around!

Six months of carnivore has liberated my mind and my body from a host of chronic ailments and from the crippling addiction to carbohydrates. Weight is still dropping and I have several more symptoms that are lingering but every day is a little bit better!!!

Im healing from cptsd, ( the gut process visceral emotions and mine was over since childhood due to abuse ), arthritis, depression, social anxiety.
I was psychotic and severely depressed. All healed.

I became more bold, calm and secure in my skin, energy levels are stable and on point, absolute mental clarity, amazing skin ( healed years of acne due to intestinal problems ).

My eyes look awaken and bright, before they were dizzy and tired.
My soul is present in my body as my body is healing finnaly.
It’s been 2 years and the past 6 months I went from carnivore to lion.
I know more is coming as I am still healing mostly my bones and muscles that were completely not functioning ( not sure if I had MS ).. but here I am.
Every comment in every video has been a huge inspiration to keep going .. and that’s why I’m sharing my experience as it may help someone to keep going.

Thank you Jordan and Mikhaila! I have been carnivore now 2 weeks, started cold turkey. Before I was contemplating/dreaming to start (almost) self sufficient farm, growing plants to eat. Preservation and all that stuff... Now I am the only carnivore member in our Living foods society. I know I can continue this diet, not worried at all. I have history of experimenting with diets and even long fasting. I already see many good results.

Your story is inspiring. I'm 63 and I am on day 13 of carnivore. I have been overweight all my life. I'm hoping to feel better and better over time.

I have been diagnosed with Crohn’s for 15 years. I’ve been carnivore for almost four months. Down 25 lbs, decreased inflammation markers and I feel great. Dr. Ken Berry explains a lot of the carnivore from a doctor’s perspective. Highly recommend. Dr. Chaffee as well

Wow, this is an amazing story. I actually was vegan for a while and found that it worked best for me and I had better energy retention and felt lighter, overall, but I do not hate those who are on the opposite spectrum, and I believe in this science too. We are pushed in many ways to eat processed, simple carbohydrates, and I believe those are the root of all evil that is changing our health for the worst. However, I want to add that many medical professionals will not suggest either diet as a “perfect regimen” or “cure” to problems. This is because the sad truth is that there is no such thing as a universal diet. Everyone responds differently to certain diet structures. I truly commend those for taking the time to discover what works for them on a consistent basis. I love to see individuals embrace these practices as lifestyles, not temporary fixes or diets. It is consistency and being in tune with yourself that will yield the greatest results.

Amazing, for me, too. And also since Carnivore, my health and well being is fab, my chess game has improved, and I quit the Democrat Party.
