Uploaded this because my girlfriend was giving me shit for calling the shower room in our flat a "shower room", rather than an "en-suite". Showed her this snippit and she promptly watched all 3 series back to back... I like to think I accomplished something.

For the last (at least) 25 years, whenever someone says the word 'lounge' I think of this scene and have to say it like Rik. It's an affliction. Nobody ever knows what I'm talking about.

The way Rik says “In the 😂😂😂 I’ve just recently watched The Young Ones for the first time, and am now working my way through Bottom (hehehe!). I’m 31 so missed out on those when growing up…but holy cow, Rik Mayall is absolutely brilliant 😄😄😄 Makes me wish even more that WB would release the cut footage of him as Peeves in Harry Potter 😫 Rik was PERFECT for the role - a loud, cackling, mischievous and crude poltergeist! AND, according to actor Matthew Lewis, the children kept corpsing because he was so funny (I think it was the voice he was putting on)!, so it took ages to shoot any scenes with him 😄
